In 2023 CD PROJEKT S.A. became the first gamedev company in the world to obtain an EU EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) certificate. This recognition confirms successful deployment of an eco-management system at the Company, pursuant to the ISO 14001 standard and the EMAS regulation.
The EMAS certificate proves that we meet the highest standards and requirements related to environmental protection, and take action to limit our environmental footprint, in accordance with the Environmental Policy. In the framework of the EMAS system we monitor our key environmental indicators and set goals for each successive year. The outcomes of our activities are presented in our annual Environmental Statement, which is subject to an independent audit. A confirmation of CD PROJEKT S.A.’s entry in the EMAS register, with ID PL 2.14-009-98, is available on websites maintained by the General Directorate for Environmental Protection and the European Commission.
