On 15 May 2023, at the awards ceremony of the 14th edition of Sukces Pisany Szminką (Success Written in Lipstick) CD PROJEKT RED was recognized as an employer which takes action to increase the awareness of neuroatypicity.
All our employees are offered free psychological support, and can participate in webinars organized by specialists. We also carry out training in the use of simple, inclusive language, and are developing a collection of best practices on this basis. We continue to adapt our offices to the needs of neurodiverse people, among others – by introducing sound damping systems, adjusting lighting or upgrading our zen room for people in need of inner tranquility. The award motivates us to redouble our efforts to ensure an inclusive work environment where every employee can feel comfortable.
