In a contest organized by 30% Club Poland, the most interesting initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion were awarded. CD PROJEKT was among the winners, receiving recognition for the company’s menstrual leave initiative.
The aim of the competition was to bring together DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) initiatives that can provide ideas and inspiration for other companies. The competition was open to companies that presented concrete case studies of already implemented or ongoing projects related to DEI initiatives.
Menstrual leave was implemented in CD PROJEKT in April 2023, and allows a menstruating employee experiencing painful menstruation to take one extra day off per month. The initiative was introduced to support the creation of a welcoming and flexible working environment that understands individual menstruation-related needs.
