CD PROJEKT Group Sustainability Report received a special award in The Best Annual Report 2022 competition organized by the Institute of Accountancy and Taxes. The aim of the contest is to promote the documents created with the highest possible utility value for shareholders and investors.
The distinction was granted with the mention of the following strengths of the Report:
- Extensive application of international reporting standards. The Report not only complies with the Accounting Act, i.e. the NFRD, but also combines impact materiality as reflected in the application of GRI Standards and financial materiality through the application of SASB Standards. In addition, elements of the IIRC methodology, i.e. integrated reporting, are included in the report.
- The report’s fit with the Group’s global business model and stakeholder expectations. The jury’s attention was drawn to the stakeholder matrix, the means of contact and engagement building, as well as the presentation of relevant topics and the analysis of their environmental, social and economic impact. The relevant topics were additionally presented in the context of the ambitions and ESG goals linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- The jury also appreciated the independent external verification of the Report with regard to all profile indicators and selected material impact indicators.
