On 4 July 2024 the Supervisory Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., having reviewed the decision of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Company regarding a recommendation for the appointment of an audit firm, decided to select Grant Thornton Polska Prosta spółka akcyjna with a registered office in Poznań as the entity authorised to conduct an audit and review of the separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company and CD PROJEKT Group for the financial years 2024-2025.
The Supervisory Board of the Company has selected the audit firm Grant Thornton Polska sp. z o.o. sp. k. (currently operating as Grant Thornton Polska Prosta spółka akcyjna) as the entity authorised to conduct an audit and review of the separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company and CD PROJEKT Group for the first time on 14 June 2018. Then, as a result of further decisions of the Supervisory Board, the contract with the audit firm was renewed for further periods.
The Company provides information on the entity authorised to conduct an audit and review of the separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company and CD PROJEKT Group also in the periodic reports, which are available in the Result Center.
Grant Thornton Polska Prosta spółka akcyjna is also the auditor of the financial statements of GOG sp. z o.o.
