Subject: Resignation of Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that on 11 September 2017 Mr. Maciej Majewski tendered his resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective on the day of the next General Meeting of the Company.
According to the statement filed by Mr. Majewski, the resignation was due to personal reasons.
