Subject: Change in publication date of the Company’s periodic reports
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current and periodic information
In relation to Current Report no. 10/2021 of 26 February 2021 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, hereby announces that it has decided to change the date of publication of the Company’s periodic reports for the 2020 financial year and for the first quarter of 2021.
The separate annual report and the consolidated annual report, originally scheduled for publication on 19 April 2021, will instead be published on 22 April 2021.
As concerns the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021, originally scheduled for publication on 27 May 2021, it will instead be published on 31 May 2021.
