The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74 (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) announces that on 11 October 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Oleg Klapovskiy to the Management Board of the Company as a Member of the Management Board.
Oleg Klapovskiy is a graduate of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, having majored in Informatics and Control Systems. In 2003 he co-founded Virtus.pro eSports organization. He then began his professional career in the gaming industry as an employee of Game Factory Interactive (2004-2005) and Akella (2005-2008) where he was responsible for international licensing and new business development.
Affiliated with the CD PROJEKT Group since 2008, Mr. Klapovskiy has handled the business development of GOG.com platform since its early days.
Oleg Klapovskiy:
– co-manages the GOG.com segment, mainly as the person responsible for relations with international partners, sales policy and daily operations,
– participates in setting and executing the monetization policy of the GWENT consortium.
According to an official statement filed by Mr. Oleg Klapovskiy, (i) he does not engage in competition with the Company; (ii) he is not a partner in any competing civil law company or partnership, a member of a statutory body of any competing limited company or a member of any other legal entity which engages in competition with the Company; (iii) he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained in compliance with the National Court Registry Act.
