Subject: Dissolution of agreement concerning acting in the capacity of the Issuer’s Animator

In relation to Current Report no. 7/2017 of 19 May 2017, the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Issuer”) hereby announces that the agreement between the Issuer and Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. – Dom Maklerski BZ WBK concerning acting in the capacity of the Issuer’s animator on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has been dissolved.
The effective dissolution date of the agreement is 31 March 2018.
