Subject: Update of information regarding the class action lawsuit regarding technical solutions used by GOG
Legal basis: Art. 17 item 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation – inside information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (also defined as the “Company”), with reference to the current report of the Company no. 19/2024 of 6 September 2024, informs that on 5 December 2024 it received information from the law firm cooperating with the Company that the class action complaint in the case pending before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York has been amended.
In consequence of the executed actions there has been a change of defendant from the Company to GOG sp. z o.o. with a registered office in Warsaw, being a CD PROJEKT Capital Group company. The claims raised against CD PROJEKT S.A. have been dismissed (in the form of voluntary dismissal without prejudice) and the Company is no longer acting as a defendant in the described case.
In consequence of an analysis conducted by the Board in cooperation with a law firm, the Board of the Company has concluded that the materiality level of the case does not justify further reporting on its status in the form of current reports.
