Subject: Addendum to the consolidated semiannual financial statement for the first half of 2022
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“The Company”) hereby announces an addendum to the consolidated semiannual financial statement of the CD PROJEKT Group for the first half of 2022 (“The Semiannual Financial Statement”) published on 7 September 2022, which consists of the erroneously omitted report from the review of the abovementioned semiannual financial statement carried out by Grant Thornton Polska Sp. z o.o. sp. k., a licensed auditor (“The Audit Report”). The remainder of the Semiannual Financial Statement is left unchanged.
In relation to the foregoing, the Company hereby publishes an updated version of the Semiannual Financial Statement which now incorporates the Audit Report.
