Subject: Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of CD PROJEKT S.A.
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (03-301), Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that on 10 August 2021 it received information to the effect that that the District Court for the City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Department of the National Court Registry had, on 9 August 2021, registered an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association comprising changes in the list of business activities undertaken by the Company, pursuant to Resolution no. 24 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 25 May 2021, as previously disclosed in Current Report no. 28/2021 of 25 May 2021.
The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, acknowledging changes in the Company’s list of business activities as mandated by the aforementioned resolution, is provided as an attachment to this report.
