Subject: Information regarding sales data and production and marketing budget of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered seat in Warsaw (“the Company”), based on reports from digital distribution platforms, hereby informs that by the end of the first week after the launch, that is up to and including 3 October 2023, gamers have purchased over 3 million copies of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion across all available hardware platforms.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that according to initial data the total value of direct expenses incurred on the production of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion amounted to approximately 275 million PLN and the costs of the global marketing campaign related to the launch of the expansion directly organised by the Company amounted to approximately 95 million PLN.
The Management Board of the Company has decided to disclose the above information in the form of a current report due to its potential impact on investment-related decisions.
