Subject: Resignation of Supervisory Board member
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current and periodic information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. hereby announces that on 27 April 2016 Mr. Grzegorz Kujawski tendered his resignation as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective on 28 April 2016.
According to the statement submitted by Mr. Kujawski the resignation was due to personal reasons.
