Subject: Shareholders who controlled at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting
Legal basis: Art. 70 section 3 of the Offerings Act – list of OGM participants controlling at least 5% of votes
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (03-301), Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of CD PROJEKT S.A. held on 23 May 2017:
- Marcin Iwiński, who exercised voting rights incorporated by 12,150,000 shares and controlled 12,150,000 votes. This represents 23.12% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 12.64% of the total number of votes.
- Michał Kiciński, who exercised voting rights incorporated by 10,471,616 shares and controlled 10,471,616 votes. This represents 19.93% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 10.89% of the total number of votes.
- Piotr Nielubowicz, who exercised voting rights incorporated by 6.134.997 shares and controlled 6.134.997 votes. This represents 11.68% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 6.38% of the total number of votes.
- AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA BZ WBK, which exercised voting rights incorporated by 5,363,000 shares and controlled 5,363,000 votes. This represents 10.21% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 5.58% of the total number of votes.
- Adam Kiciński, who exercised voting rights incorporated by 3,322,381 shares and controlled 3,322,381 votes. This represents 5.52% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 3.46% of the total number of votes.
- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which exercised voting rights incorporated by 3,300,000 shares and controlled 3,300,000 votes. This represents 6.28% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 3.43% of the total number of votes.
- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “ZŁOTA JESIEŃ”, who exercised voting rights incorporated by 900.000 shares and controlled 2.900.000 votes. This represents 5.52% of the number of votes present at the Ordinary General Meeting and 3.02% of the total number of votes.
